Bring the YNAB community together in NYC for an immersive Fan Fest celebrating the launch of founder Jesse Mecham’s new book, Never Worry About Money Again. The goal was to create an experience that went beyond the book launch, giving fans meaningful ways to connect with YNAB, its mission, its leaders, and one another.

THE EXECUTION

Produced the NYC Fan Fest from end to end, which included managing venue, vendors, logistics, staffing and onsite production

Hosted a keynote and live book signing with Jesse Mecham as well as a VIP dinner for 30 guests

Created 5 interactive brand moments, including a photobooth and custom bookmark experience
