John LoCascio brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to operations, with a background in culinary execution, logistics, and mobile unit management. He began his career working in kitchens before launching his own mobile food business, eventually becoming one of Promobile’s first touring truck operators. Today, he focuses on keeping programs running efficiently and solving challenges in real time. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time outdoors and relaxing with a good cigar.
